Super quick and easy with no fillers, yeast or stock needed……..A great winter warmer, gut-loving, easy and quick to make. Super satiating and perfect for those on a low salicylate diet.
This serves just one person so use as much veg as you want and need.

Ingredients (all organic)

5 stalks of Purple Cauliflower
1 large Fennel chopped
3 Carrots, peeled and chopped
4 Mushrooms Portobello
Handful of Asparagus
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. Coriander seeds
1 tsp. Apple cider vinegar
6 Chestnuts
Salt to taste

Method

1. Steam all the veggies in a steamer
2. Let to cool a few minutes the place into a blender or food processor and blend with the seeds, oil and ACV.
3. In the meantime break up the chestnuts and roast them in a pan till toasted
4. Place the soup into the bowl and garnish with the chestnuts. Salt to taste.
